ABSL Power Solutions Ltd is an incorporated Company in England and Wales (Co Reg No. 2840892) and is the legal entity under which ABSL Space Products trades in the UK.
For its activities in the USA, ABSL Power Solutions Limited has a wholly owned subsidiary registered in Delaware (reg number ) called ABSL Power Solutions Incorporated. This is the legal entity under which ABSL Space Products trades in the USA.
The parent company, ABSL Space Products Limited is wholly owned by Coller Capital Limited. Coller Capital is a leading global investor managing in excess of $3.5 billion of committed capital. The company has a strong track record of investing in and developing technology based companies. Coller Capital has recognised the tremendous growth potential for the business and will offer ABSL Space Products access to resources previously unavailable through its previous owners AEA Technology plc. This will allow ABSL Space Products to reach its potential much more quickly.
